Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, company name and email address. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash; we cannot read it.
• What you put in: trucks, drivers' names and phone numbers you enter, loads, bids, broker contacts, message templates and your settings.
• If you connect Gmail: an access token that lets LoadWolf send the bid emails you approve from your address and read incoming messages to find load offers. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
• Security records: the network address and email used for sign-in, sign-up and password-reset attempts, used only to stop password guessing and abuse.

• To run LoadWolf for you: matching, profit estimates, bids and dispatch.
• To keep accounts safe: limiting repeated sign-in attempts and sending password-reset links.
• To email you about your account, such as a password reset or, later, billing.

• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We do not show ads, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies.
• We do not use your loads, rates or emails to train AI models.

LoadWolf's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Gmail data is used only to show you load offers and send the emails you approve. People at LoadWolf do not read it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

We use a small number of providers, only to run the service:

• Application hosting (Vercel).
• The database (a managed PostgreSQL provider, such as Neon).
• Transactional email for password resets (Resend).
• Google, only if you connect Gmail.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

LoadWolf sets one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one while you connect Gmail. Both are strictly necessary. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

• Your account data: for as long as your account is open.
• Sign-in, sign-up and reset attempt records: only the last 24 hours are used, and older ones are cleared automatically.
• Password-reset links: expire after 1 hour and work only once.
• After you ask us to delete your account, we delete its data within 30 days.

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and password-reset links are stored only as a hash. When you reset your password, every other signed-in session is signed out. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and its data deleted by emailing us. You can disconnect Gmail yourself at any time in Settings.

If we change how we handle your data in a meaningful way, we will email you before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
